The federation of LIC Class1 Officers Associations is the sole representative body of the class-1 officers community of LIC of India. It has a total membership of around 25000 officers working across the India. This association was formed mainly as a Service Organization to provide a forum for discussion of common problems faced by the class-1 officers of LIC of India.
